Welcome from the General Chairs

NEW: Earn an IEEE Reliability Society Certificate by attending two of the following four tutorials:
Tutorial 1: Introduction to software reliability modeling and prediction
Tutorial 2: Combinatorial Testing for High Assurance of Software and Systems
Tutorial 3: ODC: Agile Root Cause Analysis
Tutorial 4: Advanced Software Reliability and Availability Models

Note: NIST is an agency of US Department of Commerce. If you are not a US citizen and not a US permanent resident (green card holder), you must complete the NIST form 1260 for the purpose of a security check to enable access to the NIST campus. Do not put anything after "FOLLOWING REQUIRED FOR LECTURERS ONLY". Fax the completed form to NIST Public Affairs Office at +1 301-948-2067 no later than Friday, October 23, 2015.
